As one of only two men to have won Bathurst in both its 500 mile and 1000 kilometre formats, Allan Moffat sits at the pinnacle of the greatest Ford drivers in Australian history. Moffat’s four wins on Mt Panorama during the 1970’s ensured he and great rival Peter Brock maintained a stranglehold over Australia’s most prestigious motor race.
Dick Johnson is a part-owner of the V8 Supercar team DJR Team Penske and a former racing driver. As a driver, he was a five-time Australian Touring Car Champion and a three-time winner of the Bathurst 1000. As of 2008 Johnson has claimed over twenty awards and honours, including the V8 Supercars Hall of Fame into which he was inducted in 2001.
Mark Winterbottom competes in the Virgin Australia Supercars Championship, driving the No. 5 Ford FG X Falcon for Prodrive Racing Australia. His career highlights include winning the 2013 Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 (with Steven Richards) and twice winning the Sandown 500, in 2006 and 2015. Winterbottom has also won his maiden championship title in the 2015 International V8 Supercars Championship, making it the first title for Ford in five years.
