Our total commitment to authenticity means that we only acquire our products from credible, reputable suppliers. To provide consumer confidence, we offer independent third-party AMA authentication and certification for many of our products. This process occurs in conjunction with Australia’s most-respected independent authentication service. If you have any questions about the authenticity of our products, please ask us prior to purchase.


Are you legit?

We sure are. Sports Online was established in 1999 and we believe is the longest running memorabilia company in Australia.

Will my item look the same as what is on the website listing?

The images of our products are representative of the items offered, the exact location and sizes of individual signatures may vary with that shown due to the personal signings being unique on each item.

How do I place an order?

Shopping with us is easy, the only hard part is deciding what you want!

If you have a time constraint to receive your item, such as a birthday or event, please contact us so we can let you know our stock situation and work with you towards a solution.

 
Tell me about Shipping

All our shipped items require signature on delivery and a street address, we can’t deliver to PO Boxes. Shipping costs shown on the website are for Australian domestic deliveries. We do everything we can to not add any additional shipping costs. If you are in a remote area or international to Australia we may contact you with shipping quotes. We are also happy for you to contact us before purchase to ask for a shipping quote. We use Aramex and Australia Post for most of our shipping.

 
Do you ship internationally?

If you would like to purchase something and have it shipped internationally, we recommend purchasing an unframed item and getting it framed local to you. Most couriers will not ship framed products internationally due to the size of the package. Feel free to contact us to obtain an international shipping quote before purchasing.


How long does it take to ship an order?

• Item is in stock – shipped within 2 business days

• Item requires framing – Item shipped within 2 weeks

• Item coming from a supplier – Item shipped within 1-4 weeks

What is your Returns Policy?

Should your product be damaged in transit or if you have identified a fault, please contact us at hello@sportsonline.com.au to coordinate a repair or replacement.

We are unable to accept cancellation or refund requests due to the limited edition and special nature of our products. Most of our items are specially produced to order and, as such, each is a firm sale. Change of mind, cancellation or refund request will not be accepted. Sports Online will not accept any returns for a change of mind. Please ensure you have acquired all relevant information before purchasing. If Sports Online deems it cannot fulfill your order, it will be refunded in full.


Do you do valuations?

No, we do not offer a valuation service. This is a specialist service that requires knowing and proving the provenance of an item and matching the signature to known examples.
