Samuel Whitbread's XI - it can be surmised that this was an exhibition match not included in the first class match list since Samuel Whitbread is a famous English boys school and its team included legends such as former English captain Mike Denness, Australian legend of the future Allan Border, South African tyro Eddie Barlow, and English great Brian Close, as well as the match's commentator, the legendary Richie Benaud.
