Wayne "Junior" Pearce signed colour photo. In 1980 the rugby world was introduced to Wayne Pearce who was to became a role model for all. Affectionately known as "Junior", he never stopped giving 100% no matter what the scoreline showed. After an illustrious career he retired in 1990 after leading his beloved Balmain Tigers to two Grand Finals in 1988 and 1989, only to lose both. He is now regarded as one fo the finest coaches in the game.
